These Terms apply to all Smart Buddy Network websites, applications, and services, including any individual Buddy-branded experiences. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

Smart Buddy Network provides educational and informational support through a collection of guided services (“Buddies”), including but not limited to:

  • Tech with Tessa – technology and device guidance

  • Email with Ella – email setup, organization, and basic troubleshooting

  • Care with Casey – help understanding healthcare systems, paperwork, and administrative processes

  • Relationships with Rachael – guidance on communication, conflict resolution, and relationship understanding

All services are designed to explain processes, terminology, and options in clear, plain language. They are not a substitute for professional advice.

No Medical Advice

Care with Casey provides educational explanations only.

We do not diagnose medical conditions, recommend treatments, or provide medical advice. Any health-related information is intended solely to help you understand systems, forms, terminology, or questions you may wish to discuss with licensed healthcare professionals. No Mental Health, Financial, or Legal Advice

Relationships with Rachael and other services provide general guidance and educational information only.

Accounts and Payments

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.

Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are disclosed at the time of signup. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers on behalf of Smart Buddy Network, LLC.

Some services may be offered free of charge, while others require a paid subscription.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
